Gathering Clues Across Local Pools
The first clue, Dave's Phone, is found on a sun lounger near the pool at Farouk's house just north down the hill. Next, make your way west to Michael Anders' residence and check inside the dried-up swimming pool for a note resting on a toolbox. Finally, visit the central estate featuring pools filled with toxic chemical waste to retrieve Obi's Phone beside a corpse.

Defeating Obi in Bel-Air
Travel to Bel-Air using the fast travel system or by crossing the district boundary on foot. Head straight to the rear outdoor lounge and swimming pool area of the GOAT Pen mansion. You will find Obi, who has unfortunately succumbed to the outbreak and mutated into an aggressive Runner zombie.
Eliminate Zombie Obi while managing any surrounding Walkers or Crushers that join the fight. Once defeated, Obi drops his key ring onto the ground, which is essential for unlocking the chest. Pick up Obi's Key and clear out remaining hostiles before heading back to Beverly Hills.
Claiming the Electrocutor Officer's Sword
